What is IP Telephony and why does my hospitality business need it?

IP Telephony is all about improving customer service and reducing fixed and call costs to allow a hospitality-based business to increase their revenue. Conventional telephony means installing and renting the number of physical lines you need at your peak and paying for them all year on 12 month contracts. We have a large stock of payphones from very basic desk top models to sophisticated high security models. We have a supply only or an all inclusive installation and maintenance service on all ranges. ITG have a large stock of parts for most payphones and offer a mail order delivery service, please contact our payphone department for further details and definitive costs.

We can also offer a Managed Payphone Service, where we will install telephone lines and payphones free of charge and take care of the cash handling responsibilities.This facility is obviously subject to a viability appraisal.
