Managing the Project

We will initially liaise with the customer on site and identify their current communications needs and address their future requirements and ambitions. Once these have been agreed our Project Team will produce the document that will define the schedule of work and the solution for the realisation of the project. Within its scope it will highlight in detail the system and applications that constitute the solution to be provided by ITG.

All of the actions and services will be defined and detailed within a proposed overall plan with definition of roles and responsibilities and the logistical demarcation separation points. The project plan aims to ensure an effective and timely implementation of the project within the budgeted costs and to progress seamlessly and collectively towards the ultimate conclusion of a successful project.
